The app is notarized by Apple, so after downloading you can simply double-click to launch it. No special steps are required.
On Windows
If you see "Windows protected your PC," click "More info" → "Run anyway." Please extract the ZIP first (right-click → "Extract All") before running it.
The Windows build is code-signed by the SignPath Foundation. (Code signing policy)
About microphones and input devices:
Recording requires an audio interface and a microphone. A PC's built-in microphone isn't suitable for recording vocals due to sound quality and latency. After launching, choose your input and output devices from the
AUDIO button in the top-right corner.
