Utawave is open-source software distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0-or-later).

About audio you create

The rights to audio you record and export with Utawave belong to you, its creator. You are free to use it for both commercial and non-commercial purposes (for the materials themselves, such as the backing tracks you use, please follow the terms of their respective distributors).

This software is provided "AS IS". While we make every effort to verify that it works, we make no guarantee that it will operate in every environment or be fit for any particular purpose.

Even if the use of (or inability to use) this software should cause any damage (including the loss or corruption of recordings or project data, or effects on other software or equipment), the operator cannot be held responsible. Please back up your important data in advance.
